Question 1

What is Stackly?

Accepted Answer

A branded URL shortener and campaign tracking tool for digital marketers, agencies and freelancers. Create short links on your clients' domains, keep UTM tags consistent across your team, and see which ad, post or email drives clicks — by channel, city and device.

Question 2

Can I manage links for multiple clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect each client's domain (paid plans), group links into campaigns and collections per client, and add team members with roles. Reports can sync to a Google Sheet for each client.

Question 3

How do UTM templates keep our tracking consistent?

Accepted Answer

Save UTM presets for source, medium and campaign once, and everyone on the team builds links from them. No more fb vs facebook vs meta_ads splitting your data in GA4 or Looker Studio.

Question 4

What do the analytics show?

Accepted Answer

For every link: total clicks, unique visitors, UTM source, medium and campaign, city and country, device, browser or in-app source, and trends by week or month. You can export reports or sync them to Google Sheets.

Question 5

Is click tracking the same as conversion tracking?

Accepted Answer

No. Stackly measures clicks on your links. Conversions (purchases, sign-ups) are tracked by your ad pixels or GA4 — Stackly makes sure every link passes clean UTM tags so those tools attribute correctly.

Question 6

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan includes short links, QR codes and basic analytics, with no card needed. See the pricing page for the exact limits of each plan.

Question 7

How much do paid plans cost, and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are priced in rupees, billed monthly or yearly — yearly saves you about two months. Pick a plan on the pricing page or from your dashboard and send a request; our team confirms your payment and activates the plan.

Question 8

How long is my click data kept?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan. Older clicks move to an archive and stay there for 60 days before they're deleted. Growth and higher plans can download their archived data as a CSV.
